What is the difference between a charcuterie board and a grazing table?

The main difference is the size.  Whereas a charcuterie board is typically for smaller gatherings, a grazing table is designed for events with 25 people or more.  Both contain similar ingredients such as cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts, cornichon etc.  Because of its size, a grazing table is generally built directly on top of a table or a countertop with a butcher paper lining.

Can I customize my charcuterie board or grazing table?

Absolutely- we love customizations!  Whether it’s adding a favorite cheese, adding cheese letters or numbers for a birthday or other celebration, or coordinating florals for your event theme,  we are happy to work with you to customize your perfect charcuterie board or grazing table! Food allergy or dietary restriction? No problem! Just let us know when placing your order and we will customize your board to fit your needs.

How should I store and/or serve my charcuterie board?

Store your charcuterie board in the refrigerator until one hour before you plan to serve.  Leave the plastic on as it comes to room temperature, and remove right before serving.

How and when should I place my order?

If you would like to place an order, the sooner you reach out the better! To ensure there is enough time to prepare your custom charcuterie board, we kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 72 hours in advance. For larger or more complex orders, we recommend placing your order even earlier to guarantee availability. Please visit the contact section to fill out an inquiry form and begin your order.
