hi there!
I’m Brie, owner and creator behind CharcuterieBrie. CharcuterieBrie started over three years ago, but my professional culinary and nutrition experience goes back 17 years. In addition to professional catering work, I also hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. Following this, I spent many years teaching cooking and nutrition classes to students of all ages—from curious kids to seasoned seniors—helping them build confidence in preparing healthy, nourishing meals.
Over time, this eye for presentation and thoughtful food design has also led to select commercial food styling work, including a multi-part national advertising campaign for Boursin cheese. Whether styling for a set or a table, my approach remains the same: food should feel intentional, beautiful, and inviting.
After taking time off after my son was born, I started CharcuterieBrie as a way to not only share my love for beautiful food, but to help take the stress out of hosting for my clients. Let’s face it—as the expectations for hosting only seem to get higher and higher, the amount of time you have only seems to get smaller. CharcuterieBrie is here to help bring the joy back to hosting so you can be present, connect with the people you love, and truly enjoy the moment—because I believe food isn’t just something we eat, it’s something that brings us together.
— Cheers,
Brie
